Personalised Support is one-to-one assistance shaped around the individual’s own routines, abilities and goals. The focus is on daily living skills, personal routines and building independence—not on transport, household cleaning or community outings that belong under other NRS services.
Our approach
We take time to understand how each person prefers to be supported. The aim is to assist without taking over, with choice, privacy, dignity and independence at the centre of the service.
Every support arrangement starts with a conversation so we can understand what matters to you, confirm the service is appropriate and agree on how the support will be delivered.
What we can help with

- Prompts and assistance to build or maintain daily living skills
- Support to establish consistent routines that work for the individual
