Community Access supports people to participate in social, recreational and community life in ways that matter to them. This service is about connection, participation and confidence—not transport to medical appointments or domestic household tasks.
Our approach
Activities are chosen around the person’s interests, comfort and goals. NRS supports participation at the individual’s pace, with a focus on inclusion, confidence and independence.
Every support arrangement starts with a conversation so we can understand what matters to you, confirm the service is appropriate and agree on how the support will be delivered.
