General Care & Support is flexible, non-specialist assistance for people who need a reliable helping hand with everyday life. It can be arranged privately or where the support is appropriate to a person’s funding arrangement and NRS’s current service scope.
Our approach
We agree on the purpose and boundaries of the support before it begins. NRS focuses on practical, respectful assistance and will be clear when a person requires clinical, specialist or emergency care outside our current scope.
Every support arrangement starts with a conversation so we can understand what matters to you, confirm the service is appropriate and agree on how the support will be delivered.
What we can help with
